Michter's US1 is a Kentucky straight Bourbon in a 70cl bottle. It is made from a mashbill built around American corn.
Each batch is blended in a holding tank that takes a maximum of twenty full barrels, so there is little room to blend away a weaker barrel and every one has to count. The Bourbon is described as nuanced, mellow and earthy, in keeping with the Bluegrass State.
