Michter's US1 Kentucky Straight Bourbon is a bourbon in a 70cl bottle, made from a mashbill built on American corn.
It is produced in small batches. Each batch is held in a tank that takes a maximum of twenty full barrels, which leaves no room to blend away a weak barrel, so every one has to contribute. It is described as nuanced, mellow and earthy, a character meant to reflect the Bluegrass State.
