Midleton Dair Ghaelach Knockrath Forest Tree No.6 is the sixth release in Midleton's Virgin Irish Oak Collection, a single pot still Irish whiskey in a 70cl bottle at 56.6%.
It was first matured in American oak bourbon barrels, then finished in hogsheads made from virgin native Irish oak grown on the Knockrath Estate.
The tasting notes mention dried chilli flakes, candied orange, crisp red apple, sweet vanilla and cinnamon spice.
