Milam & Greene Port Cask Finish is a straight rye whiskey at 47% ABV, in a 75cl bottle. It starts as Indiana rye whiskey, which is brought to Texas and batched in a warehouse there.
The whiskey is then finished in old Port wine casks. The Texan sun influences the rate and strength of the flavour the casks give to it.
It was awarded Double Gold at the San Francisco Wine & Spirits Competition.
