A straight bourbon from Milam & Greene, bottled at 47% in a 70cl bottle. It blends three bourbons: one from Texas and one from Kentucky, each made from 70% corn, 22% malted rye and 8% malted barley, and one from Tennessee made from 80% corn, 10% rye and malted barley. The nose is finely balanced, with vanilla and a hint of Texas meadow air. The palate offers crème brûlée with spice and suggestions of summer flowers. The finish is pleasantly warm, with subtle tannins.
