A straight bourbon blended from two whiskeys, one from Kentucky and one from Tennessee. The Kentucky bourbon is made from 70% corn, 22% malted rye and 8% malted barley. The Tennessee bourbon uses 80% corn, 10% rye and 10% malted barley.
It was aged for around four years and finished in Texas, and comes in a 70cl bottle at 58.2% ABV.
The nose is caramel and cream toffee with mirabelle plum, apple butter, spicy cloves and warm cheesecake with a touch of cinnamon. The palate brings cream caramel with cloves, gooseberries with brown sugar, cocoa, suede and strong milk chocolate. The finish is long, warming and lightly sweet, with dark orange chocolate.
