Milam & Greene – Triple Cask Bourbon

Milam & Greene Triple Cask is a straight bourbon made by marrying three whiskies. The mash bill is 70% Texas corn, 22% malted rye from the Pacific Northwest and 8% Wyoming barley, fermented with a yeast developed in Kentucky and Texas. The first component is a Texas bourbon aged two to three years, which brings spice. The second is a Tennessee whiskey of three to four years, adding vanilla and fruit. The third is a Tennessee whiskey of ten to eleven years, which gives structure and tannins. The blend is proofed to taste and bottled on site.
