Milam & Greene Very Small Batch is a straight bourbon in a 750ml bottle, bottled at 54% ABV. It is a blend of two bourbons: Kentucky Straight Bourbon aged in both Kentucky and Texas, and Tennessee Straight Bourbon.
Heather Greene and her team batch the Kentucky bourbon themselves, from a mashbill of 70% corn, 22% malted rye and 8% malted barley. The Tennessee bourbon is made from 80% corn, 10% rye and 10% malted barley.
The blend is then finished in sundried, house-charred French oak.
