Milhòc Le Premier-Né is a French single grain whisky from Gascony and the first creation from Milhòc. The project began in 2020 and sits with the Lesgourgues family, who also own Château de Laubade. The grain bill is 54% maize grown on the family estate in Bas-Armagnac and 46% French malted barley. Milhòc is the Gascon word for maize. The spirit is distilled in a copper column still, a method with a long history in the region.
