A single malt whisky from the Milk & Honey distillery in Tel Aviv, Israel, in a 70cl bottle at 46%. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The whisky matured in ex-bourbon casks and in STR red wine casks, where STR stands for shaved, toasted and recharred.
The nose is soft, with sweet vanilla followed by light oak and floral notes. The palate is light-bodied, with vanilla and honey sweetness balanced by oak and black pepper. The finish is delicate, with oak and spice.
