Millstone 100 Rye is a Dutch rye whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 50% ABV. It is distilled from 100% rye and matured for 100 months in new American oak.
Rye is a difficult grain to work with, which makes it unusual that this whisky was distilled in a pot still. Its character is full and spicy, and that comes from the rye.
