Millstone Peated American Oak (70cl)

Millstone Peated American Oak is a Dutch single malt whisky from the distillery owned and run by the Zuidam family, who have two generations of experience in distilling. It is a peated malt with an underlying fruity character. The wort is crystal clear, fermentation is long and cool using both brewer's and distiller's yeast, and distillation is slow and gentle. The spirit was then filled into a mixture of first-fill and refill American oak casks.
