Millstone – Peated Moscatel 2017 Special #22 (70cl)

Millstone Peated Moscatel 2017 Special #22 is a Dutch single malt whisky in a 70cl bottle, made at the distillery owned and run by the Zuidam family. It is distilled from heavily peated malt at 50PPM. The wort is clear, fermentation is long and cool using both brewers' and distilling yeast, and distillation is slow and gentle. The spirit was then filled into first-fill Moscatel sherry casks. The result is a peated malt with a fresh character and an underlying flowery and fruity note.
