Millstone Peated Tawny (70cl, 46%)

Millstone Peated Tawny is a peated Dutch single malt, aged for five years and bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It matured fully in Tawny Port casks, which give the whisky its colour and its elegant fruit. It starts with a clear wort that ferments slowly over seven days, followed by a slow distillation with a relatively early cut point. The character is fresh and fruity with a delicate smokiness, the fruit sitting alongside gentle peat.
