A 20 year old Dutch single malt from Millstone, matured fully in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks and bottled in a 70cl bottle. The casks give it a deep colour, an elegant sweetness and rich, leathery notes.
The wort is made crystal clear and fermented slowly over seven days. Distillation is also slow, with a relatively early cut point.
The aroma is a little sweet when freshly poured, then becomes warmer and more complex as the whisky sits in the glass.
