A peated Scotch single malt bottled at batch strength, 59.7% ABV, straight from the cask. It is the bolder, heavier version of the standard Mr. Peat, and it is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The nose is intense smoke, campfire and warm ash with a hint of iodine, over a light vanilla sweetness. The palate is full-bodied, with peat smoke leading black pepper, charcoal, saltiness and a touch of resin. The finish is long, dry, smoky and robust.
