Miyagikyo Discovery Aromatic Yeast is the 2022 edition of Nikka's Discovery series, which looks each year at a key step in making its Yoichi and Miyagikyo single malts. This release focuses on yeast, the third essential ingredient after malt and water. The yeasts used here were chosen to bring out aromas and flavours of peach and apricot.
