Monkey Shoulder The Original is a blended malt Scotch from Speyside, made by combining several single malts with no grain whisky. It is bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The name nods to traditional malt men and their craft. The style is smooth and rounded, built around malt and balance, and it is meant to be enjoyed neat, over ice or in cocktails. The nose offers vanilla, honey, soft malt and light citrus. The palate is creamy and round, with grain, toffee and mild spices. The finish is medium, soft and slightly sweet.
