On the palate it shows medium body, present but well-balanced tannins and acidity that supports the drink. The finish is clean and invites the next sip. It pairs simply with cured meats, ragu first courses, grilled meats and medium-aged cheeses, and suits everyday drinking or informal occasions. Serve around 16-18 C; a light decanting can help open the aromas if young.
