A Pecorino IGT from Tenuta Ulisse with a bright straw-yellow colour. The nose opens on white-fleshed fruit and citrus, with floral and herbal hints. The palate is balanced, with freshness supported by pleasant salinity and lively, well-calibrated acidity, plus a clean, persistent finish with fruity and light almond notes. It pairs with seafood, composed salads, light pasta and fresh cheeses, and is also suitable as an aperitif; serve cold around 8-10 °C.
