Mossburn Speyside Blended Malt Cask Bill No. 2 (70cl, 46%)

Cask Bill No. 2 is a Speyside blended malt from Mossburn, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. The master blender chose whiskies from several Speyside distilleries, each selected at its best point of maturation, and the blend is unpeated. The whisky first aged in ex-Bourbon casks. It was then blended and given a second maturation in casks built from first-fill Bourbon barrel staves with toasted new European oak heads, which add smoky spice and depth. It is described as expressing the typical Speyside character of honey, spice and floral notes.
