Mount Hermon White - Hermon

A white wine from the Mount Hermon area in the Golan, made by Hermon. The blend is dominated by indigenous and international white varieties, reflecting the high-altitude, cool-climate terroir. It shows a bright straw-yellow colour, with intense aromas of white flowers, fresh citrus and a delicate minerality from the local volcanic soil. On the palate it is balanced, with an elegant structure and pleasant acidity that give freshness and persistence, ending in a fine, sapid finish. It works as an aperitif or with delicate fish dishes, summer salads and fresh cheeses.
