Nagahama Tokyo 2020 is a Japanese whisky from Nagahama Distillery, released as a limited edition to mark the Tokyo Olympic Games. It is a blend of malt and grain whiskies, matured in oak barrels, and the bottle design pays tribute to the Games.
The nose is bright, with lemon peel, fresh herbs and a whiff of smoke. The palate is light and lively, with vanilla, white peach, malted biscuit and soft spice.
The finish is crisp, with lingering citrus, floral tea and a touch of salinity.
