Nassau is a German single malt in a 70cl bottle, made by a family distillery that has been active since 1878 and has passed its craft down through the generations. Production is by hand.
The whisky matured in ex-bourbon casks and Jack Daniel's casks. It is bottled without added colour and without chill-filtration, and each bottle is individually numbered.
