A Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC from Oriolo, made from Nebbiolo grapes grown in the Piedmont hills. It is aged in wooden casks, giving an elegant structure and a refined bouquet with notes of rose, cherry, spice and light tobacco hints. On the palate it is full-bodied and lively, with well-polished tannins and a persistent finish. It suits meat dishes, boiled meats and aged cheeses.
