Oriolo Cabernet Franc Langhe Rosso DOC is a red wine made from Cabernet Franc grown in the Langhe, in Piedmont. The grapes mature on soils rich in limestone and clay, giving the wine a balanced structure and lively character.
Ageing in oak barrels brings out red fruit notes such as raspberry and cherry, with light herbaceous and spicy nuances. On the palate it is soft but firm, with velvety tannins and a persistent finish. It pairs with grilled red meats, roasts and aged cheeses.
