A sparkling wine from Oriolo, made from Pinot Nero and Chardonnay in the Alta Langa hills. It is produced by bottle fermentation in the classic method, with prolonged ageing. Fine, persistent perlage and a bright straw colour accompany green apple, bread crust, white flowers and a mineral note.
On the palate it is vibrant and fresh, with good persistence and balance between acidity and creamy texture. It suits seafood starters, shellfish and a refined aperitif.
