A single barrel wheated straight bourbon from New Louisville Barrel House, aged 7 years and bottled at a cask strength of 70.4% in a 75cl bottle. The barrel was produced exclusively for the Kentucky Bourbon Festival 2026.
At over 70% it counts as a 'Hazmat' bourbon. Part of its maturation took place in PCS Distilling's warehouse, where the barrel was heat-cycled to raise the proof and viscosity.
