New Riff Distilling Bottled in Bond is a Kentucky straight bourbon in a 75cl bottle, made to the standards of the 1897 Bottled-in-Bond Act and bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV). Its high-rye mash bill gives a full-bodied style.
The nose is typically described as caramel and vanilla with hints of spice. On the palate it is bold and complex, with oak, cinnamon and a touch of pepper. The finish is smooth and lingering, with a warm, spicy note.
