Nikka Coffey Grain is a Japanese grain whisky at 45% ABV, first released in 2012. It is made mainly from corn and distilled in a Coffey still.
It is matured in old casks, including refilled, remade and re-charred casks originally made from American oak. The aim is to bring out the sweet and mellow flavours of Coffey distillates.
