Nikka Coffey Grain Whisky (70cl, 45%)

Nikka Coffey Grain is a Japanese grain whisky, bottled at 45% in a 70cl bottle. It is made predominantly from corn and distilled in a Coffey still. The Coffey still is the continuous still patented by Aeneas Coffey in 1830. Masataka Taketsuru valued it because it keeps the flavours of the ingredients and gives the spirit a distinctive texture. The flavours are described as complex, sweet and mellow.
