Miyagikyo is described as a soft and fruity whisky and uses lightly peated malt. Manzanilla is a drier style of sherry: pale, bone dry wines aged in cellars by the sea in the Spanish town of Sanlucar de Barrameda, known for nutty, sea salt aromas and a light, fresh palate.
