Nikka Miyagikyo Peated Single Malt (70cl, 48%)

This is the Miyagikyo Peated from Nikka, a single malt made with peated malt and bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle. It belongs to the Discovery Series. Miyagikyo is usually associated with a light, fruity and floral style, and the back label describes this bottling as a pleasant surprise that overturns that image. The peat smoke is instantly recognisable, joined by bold, rich flavours.
