This is a Japanese single malt from Nikka, made in Sendai. It has a smooth, fruity character with a slight influence from sherry casks. The aroma centres on orchard fruit, namely apple and pear, alongside malt and floral notes. On the palate it moves towards banana, chocolate and vanilla, with light, gentle spice.
