Blended Malt
Taketsuru Pure Malt 2020 Release is a blended malt from Nikka, issued as a new expression without an age statement after the Taketsuru age-statement range was discontinued. It replaces the earlier non-age-statement Taketsuru Pure Malt. This version uses a larger share of malt from Nikka's Yoichi distillery than the one before it. The result is a smokier, heavier and fuller whisky. A total of 264,000 bottles were released.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
