A Yoichi whisky from Nikka, launched in 2021 as the Non Peated edition and made solely from unpeated barley.
It comes from the Nikka Discovery Series, an experimental range that looks for unusual whiskies through the grain, the yeast or the casks used in production.
The balance is fruity with a light touch of smoke.
