Nikka Yoichi Sherry & Sweet is a single malt from Yoichi Distillery in Japan, a distillery exclusive in a 50cl bottle at 55% ABV. It is matured in sherry casks.
It is one of three malt expressions in the Key Malt Series, together with Peaty & Salty and Woody & Vanillic. This one follows a sherry-bomb style.
It is described as having dried fruits, raisins, cocoa and sweet spice, carried on Yoichi's oily, coastal-tinged body, with a gentle undertone of peat smoke on the finish.
