Ninety Nine & One 16 Years Old Error #2

Ninety Nine & One Error #2 is a 16 year old single malt from the North Highlands, bottled by Living Souls. It is mostly unpeated, and it exists because of a vatting mistake. A small amount of peated malt from the same distillery was added by accident before the whisky was re-racked into several different cask types. Living Souls chose to bottle the result at natural colour and without chill filtration. It is pictured as a Highland hike that leaves the marked trail and ends at a summit picnic of fruit scones with raspberry jam, coffee cake and sticky toffee pudding.
