A red wine from Nizza DOCG, produced by Ricossa in Piedmont from Barbera grapes grown in the Monferrato hills. It is presented in a 1500 ml magnum in a wooden case. The wine has an intense ruby red colour with garnet reflections. The nose offers ripe cherry and plum, with vanilla and black pepper from oak ageing. On the palate it balances freshness and softness, with silky, well-integrated tannins. The finish is long and persistent, with fruit and spice.
