Ricossa Nebbiolo Langhe DOC is a red wine made from Nebbiolo from northern Italy. It has a clear ruby red colour. The nose offers mature cherry, faded rose, undergrowth, white pepper and liquorice. On the palate it is elegant and well balanced, with fine, well-integrated tannins, notable persistence and lively acidity supporting fruity and floral flavours. The finish is long and harmonious. It pairs well with red meats, game, aged cheeses and traditional Piedmontese dishes such as braised beef in Barolo or raw beef all'Albese.
