Noah's Mill Bourbon Whiskey (70cl, 57.1%)

Noah's Mill is a Kentucky bourbon, aged in wooden barrels and bottled by hand at 57.15% ABV, which is 114.3 proof. It is sold under the Willett name in a 70cl bottle. The colour is dark mahogany. The nose is spicy, with dried plums, vanilla, tobacco and cedar. The palate opens with a big hit of rich, chewy fruit, caramel fudge and a hint of mint, all wrapped in spicy oak. The finish holds its heat, with a touch of black pepper.
