Noilly Prat Extra Dry Vermouth (37.5cl, 18%)

Noilly Prat Extra Dry is a French dry vermouth from the house of Noilly Prat in Marseillan, a port on the Mediterranean coast surrounded by vineyards and oyster farms. This is the 37.5cl half bottle. Fourteen herbs and spices from around the world go into it, among them chamomile, coriander from Morocco, bitter oranges from Tunisia and orris root from Italy. Its lighter touch suits a vodka martini, where it supports the delicate character of the spirit without overpowering it.
