Nomad Outland Whisky Sherry Cask

Nomad Outland Whisky is a blended whisky made in collaboration between master distiller Richard Paterson and the Sherry producers Gonzalez Byass. It combines more than 30 malt and grain whiskies aged between 5 and 8 years. The blend spends three years in Sherry butts in Scotland, then moves to Jerez for a year in Pedro Ximénez casks before bottling. Richard Paterson and Gonzalez Byass master distiller Antonio Flores also tried Oloroso and Fino casks, and chose Pedro Ximénez for this expression.
