Nonino Cru Monovitigno Picolit is a single-varietal grappa distilled only from the pomace of the rare Picolit grape. It is bottled at 50% abv in a 75cl bottle. Nonino helped establish the single-varietal style of grappa, distilling one grape variety rather than a blend. This spirit rests for six months to a year in stainless steel, which keeps it clear, and it is bottled in the brand's hand-blown glass. The character is delicate and aromatic, with the floral, refined quality of Picolit.
