Quintessentia Amaro Nonino is an Italian amaro from the Friuli region, bottled at 35% in a 75cl bottle. It blends botanicals, herbs and spices with a base of grappa aged in small barriques.
The flavour is bittersweet, with gentian, saffron and subtle citrus, and a hint of caramel and vanilla. It can be drunk neat, over ice or as a digestif, and it suits classic cocktails such as the Negroni and the Paper Plane.
