An 11 year old blended malt Scotch whisky from North Star Spirits, made in collaboration with the whisky YouTuber Ralfy, who blended five samples live over two hours in the Whisky Bothy. The blend is 29% Teaninich from a sherry octave, 28% undisclosed Campbeltown from refill barrels, 19% Auchroisk, 14% Caol Ila and 10% undisclosed Speyside. Proceeds support Macmillan Cancer Support.
It is bottled at 54.1% in a 70cl bottle, with 1320 bottles released. The nose offers raisin and oak, soft vanilla, syrupy ginger, plum and a little light French mustard. On the palate come Caol Ila peat, ginger, oak, soft liquorice and hints of absinthe.
