Octomore 5 Year Old Edition 16.3 is a heavily peated single malt from Bruichladdich, released in September 2025. It is distilled from 100% Islay-grown Concerto barley harvested at Octomore Farm, and the peating reaches 189.5 PPM.
After five years the spirit has matured in a combination of first-fill bourbon, Sauternes and Pedro Ximénez casks. It is bottled at a cask strength of 61.6% ABV, without chill-filtration or added colouring.
