Octomore Edition 15.1 is a heavily peated Islay single malt, revealed in 2024, in a 70cl bottle at 59.1% ABV. Its peat level is 108.2 ppm, lower than in earlier years but still very high. The Concerto barley was harvested in 2017 and the spirit distilled in 2018.
It spent five years in first-fill bourbon casks and in former bourbon casks, and it is not chill-filtered. Powerful peat meets rich, exotic aromas.
