Odd Society Commodore is a Canadian single malt made in Vancouver, British Columbia. It is distilled entirely from malted barley grown in B.C. and takes its inspiration from traditional Scottish single malt. It is bottled at 46% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
The nose is rich malt and dark fruit with gentle sweetness, toasted grain and a little tobacco. The palate is full-bodied, with peppery sweetness, dark fruit, malt and warming spice. The finish is lingering and warming, with malt sweetness, dark fruit, tobacco and gentle pepper.
