Offida DOCG Passerina - Villa Angela - Velenosi

Offida DOCG Passerina from Villa Angela is a white wine from Velenosi in the Marche. Passerina is an indigenous grape grown on hillside vineyards. It is pale straw yellow with golden reflections. The nose offers citrus, especially citron and lime, white peach and apple, with floral and light vegetal notes. On the palate it is fresh and full-bodied, with lively acidity and a light mineral note. It works as an aperitif and with fish, shellfish, fresh cheeses and delicate vegetarian dishes.
